When and how will my order be shipped?

All of our instruments on our website are directly in stock and ship within 24 hours, unless stated otherwise. We dispatch all orders within 24 working hours after receiving the order. The instrument will be carefully packaged and the parcel will be shipped with Track and Trace and with full insurance. You will receive a tracking code after your order has been shipped.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We dispatch from The Netherlands. If your country of residence is close to us, you may receive your order within 1 to 2 working days. Generally, for an order to a country within the EU, please allow 1-4 working days for the parcel to arrive.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are dependent on the country of destination, and in some cases on the weight of the total order. When checking out, before making the payment you will be able to see the shipping costs for your order.

Where are orders being shipped from?

We ship from our workshop in Wormerveer, The Netherlands, close to Amsterdam. If you are in the area, it is also possible to pick up your order.

Are there any additional import costs?

Since we ship from the Netherlands, you will not be paying any additional import costs or additional VAT when your country of residence is within the EU (European Union).

If you are in a country that’s not in the EU, you may be billed for additional import fees by local customs.
