Returning your order

It’s important to be satisfied with your ordered instrument, therefore it is possible to return your order in case you are not completely satisfied. 

Returns have to be requested within 14 days after receiving your order. The product then has to be shipped to us within one week after informing us of the return.

We will only accept returns on undamaged products (including the packaging). Once we receive the parcel, we will check the items for damage, and afterwards issue a refund of the ordered items.

Returns need to be informed to us before shipping the parcel back to us. You can do this simply by mailing us at [email protected]
